Purple Sea Moss (Harvested from Jamaica)

 

Jamaican Purple Sea Moss, commonly referred to as Irish Moss in the Caribbean is an algae harvested from the ocean. It is packed with Protein, Fiber, Vitamins and Minerals.

1.Rinse Raw Sea Moss

Gently rinse your raw sea moss under cool water to remove any debris or impurities

 

2. Soak for 6 Hours

Immerse the raw sea moss in spring water and add lemons and lime for added flavor!

 

3.  Add to Blender

Combine 2 cups of water with 1 cup of raw sea moss. Blend until smooth and creamy.
