Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request to sweetjamaicashopping@gmail.com, we will send you a return shipping label. Please affix it to your package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Shipping / Handling

Please note that there is a three (3 )days handling time to get the packages prepared for shipping.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.  Our shipping Provider is Jamaica Post, FedEx, and DHL. Depending on your location, shipping may take up to fourteen (14)  Business days however most packages are delivered within  2 to 4 weeks excluding weekends.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Once the package is handed over to the specified carriers we have no control over the items or how they are handled hence we pack them as best we can to avoid extreme damages.

N.B. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE once the item has been shipped.

Customs And Import Fees

If you are ordering from outside the US, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. Sweet Jamaica Shopping has no control over these charges and we cannot say what these costs maybe as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. you may contact your local customs office for more information on the current charges. When customs clearance procedures are required it may cause delays beyond our original estimates.
