The Irish Moss is a seaweed that was original found near Ireland hence the name. The Irish consumed Irish moss during the famine of the 19th century in Ireland. The seaweed grows on rocks in Jamaica. 1.Rinse Raw Sea Moss
Gently rinse your raw sea moss under cool water to remove any debris or impurities
2. Soak for 6 Hours
Immerse the raw sea moss in spring water and add lemons and lime for added flavor!
3. Add to Blender
Combine 2 cups of water with 1 cup of raw sea moss. Blend until smooth and creamy.
