This is an ultra moist and delicious Jamaican black Christmas cake. All Cakes are made with Authentic Jamaican Red label wine and White rum. Fruits are soaked in wine for over a year to ensure the richest Cakes. Cakes come packaged in a lovely kraft box and would make a great gift.
